Cancellation Policy
Glow³ MedSpa Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation
Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% service fee.
No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
The same 24-hour notice applies for rescheduling or cancellations.

Exceptions
Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
